And you guessed it! Liver was indeed on the menu today as well~!
This time I cooked the liver seperately, and the taste was much better, the onions caramelized beautifully with the meat instead of the flavour getting lost within each other.
Delicious steamed japanese rice as usual. I should try sushi sometime!
Ok and for the record, I have enjoyed the liver, it tasted good, thank you for coming over liver, but that’s it for a good two months or so. XD
